For multi-day scramble activities, additional equipment will be necessary to remain protected from the weather, sleep comfortably and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.

All of the gear shown below are examples of typical brands and models that are used on scramble activities.  Links for each product will take you to the manufacturers website where you can review the product specifications and suggested retail prices.

The images below meet the general requirements for this course.  Other brands and/or models will perform just as well given the product specifications are similar.  Students are encouraged to equip themselves with gear that is consistent with the specifications of the items below.
